This is looking quite promising. The cast have a great dynamic - not to mention that it's great in and of itself, Zoe Saldana, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Idris Elba, Chris Evans, Columbus Short, Jason Patric, Oscar Jaenada and Holt McCallany. And it's got quite a few LOLM (Laugh Out Loud Moments) too.
We are feeling this so far

Bish better work!!!
A year and a half later, we finally get to see the making of this. But damn if it wasn't worth it...
With both the above, other celebs and MTV calling her the Queen, we don't think there's any argument about this. Fall to the back, biatches.
10 Grammy Nods...
A Soon to be $100 Million grossing tour...
Over 100 Mill Records Sold...
Is there any wonder we love the Queen?

Choreography on point? Check.
Direction exceeding-the-par? Check (thanks, Chris Robinson).
Hey Daddy is the first single off Usher's upcoming album, Raymond vs Raymond, released March 30th. And we're pleased to say that we're loving it. After the wackness that was Moving Mountains, it looks like the former Prince Of R&B is back on top and on point, with one gold-digger firmly in his dust. Keep on stepping, Tameka.
Come on in, Ush. We've missed you.
Yes, that's right people!! When Mimi spoils us, she takes it to that next level. And with these vids for her not one, but two new singles off her remix LP Angel's Advocate released march 23rd, we could not be happier that it was worth the wait.
We get the two sides of our girl, Mimi; the fun, ever-lasting 'twelve year old', and the serious, DIVA (yes, DIVA) Mariah Carey, who hits notes only bats can hear. And we love both...

Guys, we can't enthuse 'cause we have exams and we have to get back to revision, but enjoy the below sneak peeks of Thursday's Vampire Diaries ep...
Wednesday, 20 January 2010
5th March roll on, already. The wait hardly seems fair....
You guys already know that we're practically wetting ourselves with excitement over tomorrow's return of one our favourite shows, so we won't bore you by gushing about its' brilliance, the sick characters, the storylines....
Moving on, below are two sneak previews of tomorrow's Bloodlines ep; the first sees a newly-dumped Stefan ask Bonnie for a favour, while the second sees Elena jamming with a certain someone...
Don't say we never do anything for you....
Are they still milking this FLOP of an album?

And, just to treat you even more, Pirates Of The Carribean 4 is set to start shooting this summer in Hawaii, while the sure-to-be-fabulous Alice In Wonderland (seeing Johnny as the Mad Hatter) comes out 05.03.10
*stop to catch breath*
And, just to make us that bit more excited, Nylon have made one of this season's best castmates their cover people...
We love. Love. LOVE.
Below are some excerpts from the issue, soon to be on newstands near you...
On the similarities between Twilight, True Blood, and Vampire Diaries: "When the show first started... you automatically thought Twilight. But once you continue, there's a whole other side of it that goes a lot deeper... It's about letting everyone know that we're different but we all respect each other." --Nina Dobrev
On the sudden success of the show: ““Do I thing the show would be successful as it is, if it weren’t for all that? No.” --Paul Wesley
Hey Ian, is there any similarity between LOST and Vampire Diaries? “[My character] is gonna be the coolest character on television. There was no doubt about it. It reminded me of Sawyer, Josh Holloway’s character on LOST. He was always the character I secretly wished I could play.”
And, cause we love you so much (and you know we don't do things by halves), below are some photos from the shoot...
The '10 is sooo gonna be our girl Alex's year!! Go get 'em, honey!!
She's on her europe tour right now, next stop the US, and then... THE WORLD!!!

Miss 'Keri Baby', just being half naked in this vid will not prevent your next Lp (due out in May, like we care) from flopping as hard as either the first (only 600,000 sold worldwide) or your last single Like- something...
Oh, dear Lord...
First things first. We actually like Shontelle. We like her a lot. We follow her on twitter, watch her videos, have her songs (legally) downloaded. We're feeling the fact that she can both rap and sing, and she's a Borderline Really Pretty, too.
But we are not - we, repeat - we are NOT feeling either this song or this wack-arse vid. The lame attempt to make her another Rhi circa the GGGB era just doesn't work for us. Now, we may not be the biggest fans of Rhi, but we can admit that she is considerably higher up on the music food chain than Shontelle. Trying to make the latter another version of the former will not wash with many. Just remember Def Jams' attempts to make Rhi another version of the Queen B in the A Girl Like Me. Sure, when B wasn't around it was all good, we enjoyed the v. nice Unfaithful and the #1 single S.O.S, but, when B came back with Deja Vu and Irreplaceable, We Ride flopped. Coincidence? We think not.
These foolish attempts ALWAYS fail.
What they should have done is give this girl another whole image, stick to the whole 'island-girl' thing they gave Rhi initially. It would have worked, especially in a world that is fast growing tired of everyone trying to 'go bad'...
To sum up; this fails HARD. It works about as much as that fake-arse GGGB image they've given her...

We were actually pretty damn excited when we heard that they were gonna make a movie adaptation of Tekken - the most popular fight game series of all time. 'When's it coming out?', we asked, 'Who's gonna be in it'?
And, now they deliver it.
It looks so cliche, it's not even funny anymore. It surpasses bad, and heads into car-crash territory faster than you can say K.O.
Hell NO, we are NOT feeling it. It is weak at best, and Gawd forbid the movie is even half as bad as the trailer...
no. No. NO.

So far? Meh...
R.D. Sometime this year...
1) This is a better video than that failed-throwback-to-the-nineties Everybody In Love
2) This is a better song than Everybody In Love
3) Another #1? Damn Straight...
Living in the LDN, we personally couldn't see what was so gratuitous about Ms Mendes's Obsession ads that were banned on US screens last year - especially as they aired here before watershed. But these?
DAMN!! Girl better WORK!!
This is most def one way of making those jeans the IT thing to get this year... Now don't go thinking that just by buying some you'll end up looking as good as our girl Eva. But they will get you a HELL of a lot closer...

We are NOT mad at you!! The 'I've-got-this-down-bitches' pose, the 'the-only-thing-available-in-this-pic-is-the-damn-underwear' look? We love. Love. LOVE...
The screecy slimy noises...
The remind-us-so-damn-much-of-that-scary-arse-movie-we-don't-like-to-talk-about-(the-exorcist) walk...
WE CAN'T TAKE IT!!
GUESS WHO WON'T BE IN THE CINEMA WEN THIS IS RELEASED?! WE WON'T EVEN BE WITHIN A 5 MILE RADIUS OF THE DAMN CINEMA...
That's all we have to say.
R.D. 26.03.10 (too bad. Cause you guys KNOW where we'll be THAT week - Alice In Wonderland...)

Blake, dahlin, you know we love you like a fat kid loves cake. You're gorgeous, talented, have an A-list boyfriend, and you're not affected by fame...
We also love the above. Or about 3/4 of it. Waist up, you look fierce, but waist down? Not so much. You NEED to be calling Esquire and asking WTF they've done to your normally fabulous legs. In the above, they look like they've been photoshopped from some damn mannequin. Seriously, what is up with that?
We like. We like a lot...
Above, is the video for that song we posted a few days off Omarion's latest solo effort, Speedin' It's pretty damn good, and the song looks like it could be a hit for the ex- B2K member...
Saturday, 9 January 2010
Oh, Queen B, we ain't even sure if that's you or Sasha - cause that 'Bish-This-Is-My-World-You-Just-Live-In-It' stare is telling us SOMETHING!! Don't worry, B, we know it's a Brit-B-Gaga world, don't doubt that for a MINUTE.
The girls look good in the above, but the song is a bit meh... for us, it's nowhere near as good as Get Sexy. They're just not coming as hard as they used to, and there seems to be a bit of a backlash against their new lineup - though we love Jade - come on, she's the best singer there...
They need to STEP UP.
This is looking pretty good to us so far, but then again we've never seen the original. Some peeps aren't really feeling it...
What do you think?
